What is the difference between Top Grain and Nappa Leather?
While both are high-quality, our Premium Italian Nappa Leather 11000 is the highest grade available. It is more supple, breathable, and develops a richer patina over time compared to standard Top Grain leather.
How do the seats ship and is assembly required?
Our theater seats ship via specialized LTL freight to ensure safety. Each chair comes in a separate box with the backrest detached. Assembly is tool-free; you simply slide the backrest into the reinforced steel brackets until it clicks.
What kind of warranty do you offer on motorized components?
Valencia Home Theater seats include a comprehensive 3-year manufacturer's warranty covering the frame, reclining mechanisms, and all electronic components including motors and LED lighting.
Can the seating configurations be customized?
Yes, we offer modular designs that allow you to create rows of any size, including loveseats, sofas, and curved configurations to fit your specific room dimensions.
What are the power requirements for the motorized recliners?
Each seat requires a standard 110V household outlet. If you have a row of multiple seats, we recommend using a power strip or a dedicated outlet to power the individual AC adapters provided.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery and setup?
Yes, we offer an optional White Glove Delivery service at checkout. This includes bringing the furniture into your room of choice, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
